JustResolv LLC ("JustResolv," "we," "us," or "our") operates the JustResolv platform ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Your name and title
• Company name
• Email address
• Password (stored in encrypted form)

2.2 Dispute Submissions

When you participate in a dispute resolution proceeding, we collect:

• Contracts and agreements submitted as part of the dispute
• Written briefs and supporting documentation
• Responses to clarifying questions
• Rebuttals and supplemental submissions
• Sworn statements and certifications
• Electronic signatures

2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Stripe may collect payment card numbers, billing addresses, and related financial information in accordance with Stripe's privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment status and transaction identifiers from Stripe.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you use the Platform, including:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device information
• Pages visited and features used
• Date and time of access
• Referring URL

2.5 Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. See Section 12 for more details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Dispute Resolution: To facilitate the dispute resolution process, including AI analysis of submissions, generation of assessments, and issuance of settlement agreements and arbitration awards;
• AI Processing: To analyze submissions using AI models for the purpose of evaluating evidence, identifying issues, generating clarifying questions, and producing reasoned outcomes;
• Platform Operation: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, including technical support and troubleshooting;
• Communications: To send you notifications related to your account, dispute proceedings, deadlines, and Platform updates;
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations;
• Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

4. AI Processing Disclosure

4.1 Submissions made through the Platform are analyzed by artificial intelligence systems. The AI processes your submissions — including contracts, briefs, evidence, and responses — to facilitate the dispute resolution process.

4.2 In settlement negotiation, the AI generates confidential assessments for each party that are not shared with the other party. In arbitration, the AI produces a reasoned award based on all submissions.

4.3 AI processing is performed using secure infrastructure.

4.4 JustResolv may use de-identified and aggregated data from proceedings — including dispute patterns, contract analysis, resolution outcomes, and platform usage — to improve the Platform's AI models, analytical capabilities, and dispute resolution processes. This data is stripped of personally identifiable information and cannot be used to identify individual parties or specific disputes. Your individual submissions, in identifiable form, are not shared with or used to train third-party AI models.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Between Parties to the Same Dispute: Certain submissions and information are shared between the parties to the same dispute as part of the resolution process. Confidential assessments generated for one party are not shared with the other party;
• Payment Processor: Payment information is shared with Stripe for payment processing;
• Service Providers: We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), subject to confidentiality obligations;
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request;
• Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of JustResolv, our users, or the public.

6. Data Retention

6.1 Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6.2 Dispute records — including submissions, communications, settlement agreements, and arbitration awards — are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the conclusion of the proceeding, or longer if required by law.

6.3 Usage data and analytics are retained in anonymized or aggregated form and may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.

6.4 You may request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to the retention requirements described above. See Section 11 for details.

7. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest;
• Access controls limiting who can access dispute information;
• Secure cloud infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS);
• Regular security assessments and monitoring;
• Digital audit trails for all submissions.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy;
• AI Service Providers — AI models used for dispute analysis and resolution. Submissions are processed securely. Your individual submissions, in identifiable form, are not shared with third-party AI providers for their own model training purposes;
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting and infrastructure. AWS's privacy policy is available at aws.amazon.com/privacy.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you;
• Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to exceptions (including legal retention requirements for dispute records);
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights;
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information.

11. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Dispute records may be retained as described in Section 6;
• Portability: You may request your personal information in a structured, commonly used format.

12. Cookies

12.1 We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management and authentication;

12.2 You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Platform functionality.

13.2 Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
